About the Position
Wally Edgar Chevrolet is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Sales Department as a Delivery Coordinator / Sales Manager Assistant. This position plays a vital role in ensuring every vehicle sale is processed accurately and efficiently from the sales department to the finance office.

Primary Responsibilities
- Verify customer information for accuracy and completeness.
- Review deal paperwork to ensure all required documents are completed correctly.
- Enter vehicle sale information into dealership software systems.
- Assist Sales Managers with processing and tracking vehicle deals.
- Coordinate the flow of paperwork between the Sales Department, Finance Office, and Billing Department.
- Identify and correct errors before deals are finalized.
- Ensure manufacturer and dealership compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper deal files.
- Communicate with Sales Managers and Finance Managers to resolve missing or incorrect information.
- Assist with scheduling customer vehicle deliveries as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties to support the Sales Management team.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning multiple software programs.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
- Previous administrative, office, dealership, banking, accounting, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
