Client Support Specialist — Remote (Structured Schedule)

• Manage 30–45 active cases from intake to completion
• Coordinate evaluations, treatment, follow-ups, and documentation
• Communicate with clients, SAPs, and employers
• Keep every case on track through proactive problem-solving
• Maintain exceptionally accurate notes and records
