We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Epic Tapestry Analyst to join our innovative team. Requirements

• Experience & Certification: Epic Tapestry certification is preferred, or significant hands-on build experience within an Epic Tapestry environment.
• Domain Knowledge: Direct experience working for a health plan, payer, or provider-sponsored organization is highly desired.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience configuring UM routing rules, claims adjudication logic, or enrollment/membership workflows.
• Location: Must be based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• System Build & Maintenance: Configure, test, and validate Epic Tapestry applications to meet specific payer operational needs.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with clinical and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient technical system specifications.
• Problem Solving: Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex application issues and manage post-live stabilization tasks.
• Documentation: Maintain high-quality build specifications, testing outcomes, and implementation plans.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
