At Autism Services of Minnesota (ASOM), we provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children ages 2–9 and their families. Our clinic is open Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm and this position would be in office from 7 am - 3:30 pm. We have a clinic in Blaine, MN and one in Hugo, MN.

The Programmer/LBA is an essential part of the Autism Services Team. As a Programmer/LBA you will be providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy and billing under the Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) benefit which offers medically necessary services and supports to people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related conditions. As a Programmer/LBA you will be responsible for a case load of 5-10 clients in our clinic for children ages 2-9 years.

Responsibilities for Board Certified Behavior Analysts

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Implement and monitor applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers regarding behavioral techniques.
• Provide staff training and conduct staff assessments
• Caseload size: 5-10 clients
• Support children in learning new skills and generalizing them into real-world settings
• Collaborate with a professional, data-driven team committed to each child’s growth

Qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analysts

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) status
• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and patient assessment
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
• Experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with children and individuals with autism
• Skills in data collection and diagnostic evaluation
• Familiarity with special education and working with developmental disabilities

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
