About the Role

• Location: Remote (TX-based required)
• Schedule: Flexible, hourly-based structure.
• The Vision: We are looking for a hands-on Clinical Director to partner with our leadership team. You will be the "clinical heartbeat" of our agency, ensuring our BCBAs are supported, our programming is top-tier, and our families feel heard.
• This role is structured to provide you with the autonomy of a Director-level position while maintaining the flexibility of a remote, hourly-based schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight & Mentorship: Provide direct supervision and mentorship to BCBAs. Lead weekly clinical meetings to review caseloads, refine programming, and ensure evidence-based treatment.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct routine reviews of treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and progress reports to ensure accuracy and clinical quality.
• Family Partnership: Serve as a point of contact for families during monthly check-ins to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard.
• Operational Support: Monitor authorization timelines and progress report deadlines to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• System Collaboration: Work closely with the owner and Director of Operations to refine clinical processes, troubleshoot complex cases, and maintain the "Pillars Standard" of care.

Compensation & Credentialing

• Immediate Start: Onboarding begins immediately. You will start with a dedicated block of administrative hours (approx. 5 hours/week) to assist with clinical monitoring and system training.
• Full Transition: As your insurance credentialing is finalized, you will transition into your full clinical oversight and supervision schedule. We handle the heavy lifting of the credentialing process to ensure your transition is smooth and stress-free. With that said please keep in mind that typical credentialing timelines vary (30-90 days) while Medicaid credentialing can take 60 to 120 days depending on the plan.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing (required).
• Active Texas LBA (required).
• Willingness to obtain NC and TN licenses as we expand.
• Proven experience in clinical supervision, mentorship, and case management.
• A heart for service and the ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and high clinical standards.
