Overview

We are seeking a proactive and high-energy Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic growth team. In this role, you will be the face of our company in the local market, responsible for identifying opportunities, building face-to-face relationships, and driving new client acquisition in the field. Your hustle and relationship-building expertise will directly expand our footprint with property management groups, local businesses, and enterprise clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to own a dedicated territory, run in-person demos, and directly impact our revenue growth in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Perform daily field prospecting and territory canvassing to identify and engage high-value B2B prospects (property managers, HOAs, and commercial developers).
• Troubleshoot client friction points by conducting in-person discovery meetings, presenting customized solutions, and aligning our platform with their operational needs.
• Conduct on-site platform demonstrations to walk prospective clients through our digital portal and real-time tracking features.
• Utilize modern sales tools, mobile CRMs, and pipeline tracking software to document field interactions, log leads, and manage follow-ups.
• Maintain a highly organized pipeline, turning cold site visits into active, high-volume accounts.
• Support regional launch initiatives by securing initial local partnerships and driving density in target metropolitan markets.
• Use our sales hub metrics to analyze territory performance, track daily touchpoints, and optimize your local outreach strategy.
• Collaborate with the local operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and immediate task fulfillment for newly signed clients.
• Follow regional compliance guidelines and company sales protocols diligently while representing the brand in the field.
• Communicate market feedback effectively to leadership to help refine marketing materials, product features, and competitive positioning.

Skills

• Strong outside sales and lead-generation knowledge with experience navigating a physical sales territory.
• Proficiency in face-to-face pitching, building rapport quickly, and overcoming objections on-site.
• Experience with B2B relationship management, property manager outreach, or localized service sales.
• Ability to map out territory routes, manage time independently, and hit daily door-knock/visit targets.
• Skilled in using mobile sales tools, CRMs (like Salesforce or HubSpot), and presentation software on the go.
• Knowledge of contract negotiation, pricing structures, and closing techniques for commercial accounts.
• Familiarity with local real estate, property management, or home service market dynamics.
• Experience working independently with a strong drive to exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Effective customer service and interpersonal skills to represent the brand professionally in any setting.
• Ability to present complex technical features (like AI-vetting or GPS tracking) in a simple, value-driven way.
• Experience working in a commission-driven or high-incentive outside sales environment is a plus.
