We're a fast-growing residential real estate platform specializing in sale-leaseback transactions, connecting homeowners seeking liquidity with single-family rental investors. We operate in 30+ states and have closed 200+ transactions. Our deal volume is growing, and we need a world-class Transaction Coordinator to keep every file moving from contract through closing — and beyond.
This role is critical to increasing our speed, improving communication, and getting more deals across the finish line.
Objective of the Position:
As a Seller Manager, your primary goal is to generate revenue by converting seller leads into successful deals. This involves adept negotiations and a solid understanding of the current real estate market.
Responsibilities:
● Promptly respond to and develop relationships with new seller leads in the sales funnel.
● Engage in personal prospecting for seller leads and nurture an existing base of leads.
● Qualify leads into deals to generate sales revenues.
● Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills, especially with distressed home sellers.
● Provide an excellent experience for our sellers, thereby creating positive brand awareness for Sell2Rent.
● Work towards common company goals and meet department metrics.
● Follow up daily with leads, including identifying and calling motivated sellers.
● Negotiate offers with sellers, draft contracts, and ensure clear communication with the team.
● Regularly update the VP of Sales, communicate issues, and provide solutions for the business.
Requirements
Knowledge/Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of the US real estate market

- Proficiency in running comps and understanding property characteristics in a given neighborhood.
- Dedication to providing prompt replies to the team, clients, and outside parties
- Desired Qualities and Requirements:
- Strong passion for engaging in phone conversations with seller leads, converting these leads to contracts, and successfully closing transactions.
- Ability to provide high-level advice to sellers regarding their real estate needs.
- Responsible for identifying, contacting, and securing appointments with sellers, as well as maintaining consistent lead follow-up until the lead converts into a deal.
- Evaluate feedback and adjust pricing strategies as needed.
- Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact.
