What You’ll Do

As an RV Sales Professional, you’ll guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases they can make. You’ll build relationships, identify customer needs, demonstrate RV features, overcome objections, and confidently help customers find the RV that fits their lifestyle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generate sales of new and pre-owned RVs
• Build strong relationships with prospective and current customers
• Conduct engaging RV walk-arounds, product demonstrations, and feature presentations
• Qualify customers and identify the right RV for their needs
• Confidently overcome objections and move opportunities toward the close
• Work closely with management and F&I to finalize sales
• Follow up consistently with sold and unsold customers
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer activity
• Stay knowledgeable and enthusiastic about current inventory
• Act as a liaison between customers and other dealership departments
• Participate in required sales meetings, coaching, and training
• Maintain a professional, clean, and safe customer environment
• Support the team and assist with additional responsibilities as needed
