We are looking for a motivated AI/ML Lead Consultant to join Arrayo’s Data & Analytics team, encompassing Data Management, Analytics and Business Intelligence services. You will support Arrayo’s Financial Services clients on their AI initiatives to assist multiple lines of business. You will report to Arrayo’s Head of Financial Services and Arrayo’s Data & Analytics Strategy Lead.

As a Consultant, you will work on-site at our client as part of a cohesive consulting team and have interactions with senior stakeholders in addition to opportunities to own deliverables.

The AI/ML Lead Consultant will work on end-to-end machine learning problems and solutions. The ideal candidate will have

knowledge of the data ecosystem, spanning from data ingestion, data engineering, data quality, data orchestration, end to end infrastructure, usage/consumption and data privacy considerations and governance.

Knowledge of the ML workflow, spanning from annotation, model training, model serving, scoring, pre/post processing, move to production, and feedback capture.

Responsibilities:
Partner with Arrayo’s client teams to accelerate the adoption of AI within the firm.

Define and implement data strategies and objectives, including the production of high quality materials to support the delivery of key messaging to senior management.

Drive engagement with business stakeholders, promptly addressing opportunities.

Evangelize AI capabilities by organizing workshops, symposiums, showcases and other knowledge sharing activities.

Solve large scale relevance and ranking problems, engineer scalable features and is comfortable doing ML Ops work to build brand new systems that benefit multiple lines of business.

Analyze complex datasets used to make decisions regarding real-world applications.

Investigate the applicability of new approaches to business problems and products by combining theory and experimentation.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field

5+ years of professional experience in data management, analytics, business intelligence or related field

Deep interest in driving AI & ML capabilities to the business

Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and collaborative working approach

Demonstrated innovation and creative problem-solving abilities

Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Technology, Business, Finance, Legal, Compliance, etc.)

Ability to switch between big picture and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a cloud environment like AWS/GCP or Azure

Passionate about working with large unstructured and structured datasets

Salary: $130,000-180,000/year
