What we are looking for: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Digital Content Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll create compelling visual content that helps our products stand out on Amazon and other online marketplaces. You'll transform product photography into engaging lifestyle images, design informative infographics, and use AI-powered creative tools to produce high-quality, conversion-focused marketing assets.

The ideal candidate is innovative, enjoys combining graphic design, photography, and AI technology, and has a passion for creating visuals that highlight product features, engage customers, and drive sales.

What YOU will do:

• Design high-quality infographic-style product images for Amazon listings and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Transform product photography into engaging lifestyle images that showcase products in real-world environments.
• Utilize AI-powered image generation and editing tools to create, enhance, and refine marketing visuals.
• Assists in the development of reusable image templates that clearly communicate key product features and benefits while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create visually compelling graphics that improve customer engagement and support online sales.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure creative assets align with branding and campaign objectives.
• Edit, retouch, and optimize product graphics for web and marketplace requirements.
• Stay current with e-commerce design trends, Amazon image best practices, and emerging AI design technologies.
• Assists the social media team on occasion in creating graphics or additional content

What YOU Need:

• Bachelor's degree (or BFA) in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
• Experience creating digital product imagery, infographics, enhanced brand content, and other e-commerce marketing assets.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including composition, typography, color theory, visual storytelling, and market research.
• Photography and videography experience is a plus.
• Experience with content or project management platforms such as Salsify and Asana is preferred but not required.
• Excellent graphic design, critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively, seeking feedback, and incorporating constructive criticism.
• Portfolio showcasing digital design, product marketing, infographic, or e-commerce work required.
