We design, fabricate, and install custom finishing systems from our Santa Rosa, CA headquarters.
Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Electrical & Production Support Technician who can wire control panels, support electrical assembly, and help keep production running smoothly. This person will work directly with our Production Manager and shop team to build, wire, and troubleshoot industrial finishing equipment while also supporting parts coordination and production flow.
This is not a desk job. You will be on the shop floor working with your hands, solving problems, and helping build equipment that ships across the country.
Primary Responsibilities — Electrical & Assembly
- Wire control panels and electrical enclosures for industrial finishing equipment
- Read and follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Install and connect motors, fans, lighting, switches, and control components
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues on equipment before shipment
- Support final assembly and testing of completed units
- Ensure all wiring meets code and quality standards
Secondary Responsibilities — Production & Parts Support
- Track inventory and parts availability to support production schedules
- Coordinate missing or replacement parts with vendors and internal teams
- Help manage installer and customer support calls related to parts and field issues
- Maintain organized parts and materials storage
- Assist with shipping and fulfillment coordination as needed
- Support production flow and help reduce interruptions that slow down projects
Who We’re Looking For
- Hands-on electrical experience — you’ve wired panels, controls, or industrial equipment before
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable on a shop floor
- Organized enough to track parts and inventory without letting things fall through the cracks
- Communicates clearly with both shop team and office staff
- Takes initiative — sees a problem, solves it, doesn’t wait to be told
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Wants to grow with a company that’s scaling fast
Preferred Experience
- Electrical wiring, control panel assembly, or industrial electrical work
- Manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial equipment background
- HVAC, paint booth, or finishing systems experience
- Sheet metal fabrication or mechanical assembly
- Inventory or parts coordination in a production environment
- Basic understanding of NEC or industrial electrical codes is a plus
Requirements
- Electrical wiring experience required — this is the core of the role
- Ability to read basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills (email, inventory tracking)
- Ability to work between shop floor and office environments
- Positive attitude and team mentality
Compensation
- $20–$28/hour depending on experience
- Full-time position, Monday–Friday
- On-site at our Santa Rosa, CA headquarters
