Job Summary

Duties

• Design and articulate comprehensive sales engineering solutions, including architecture diagrams and implementation strategies.
• Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise during client meetings, proposals, and negotiations.
• Assist clients with product integration, troubleshooting, and post-sales support to ensure satisfaction and successful deployment.
• Manage client relationships through proactive communication, understanding their evolving needs, and delivering tailored technical guidance.
• Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud to track sales activities, manage customer data, and streamline deal closing processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales within a corporate environment, especially involving enterprise software solutions.
• Strong proficiency in computer networking concepts, including AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure cloud platforms, VMware virtualization technologies, Linux operating systems, and Python scripting.
• Hands-on experience with sales engineering solution design, product demos, and technical presentations.
• Excellent analysis skills to evaluate client needs and craft effective solution proposals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce Cloud for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated success in deal closing within a business development or sales engineering role involving technology solutions.
• Knowledge of Bash (Unix shell scripting), enterprise software integration, project management principles, and cross-functional collaboration techniques.
• Strong client relationship management skills combined with proactive customer support capabilities.
