Pastry Chef /Baker - Big Park - Village of Oak Creek

Big Park Bakery is a producer of artisan sourdough bread and a wide array of amazing pastries and excellent coffee and espresso drinks. Our goal is to cultivate a distinct and immersive experience for both our employees and customers in and around our eat-in and carry out bakery setting. We are currently scouting for a dependable and motivated production baker and pastry chef to serve our local customers and supply or cafes with excellent baked goods. The ideal candidate will be hard working, passionate about food and creating incredible guest experiences grounded in respect, empathy, and recognition. You will be part of a hardworking and cohesive, fun team of bakers, baristas and front counter servers.

This position requires early morning hours and some weekends.

You have:

• A strong sense of accountability, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• A flexible schedule and are available to work weekends (rotating with our other pastry chefs)
• You have previous experience as a pastry chef or production baker

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
