The Assistant Guest Experience Manager possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. This person is expected to support the guest experiences, and ensure the resorts approach is proactive in nature in efforts to exceed our guest expectations prior to departure. This role will lead the guest recovery process, as well as implementing a proactive communication with top tier guest requests prior to arrival. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. The Assistant Guest Experience Manager may have responsibilities within the Rooms Operation. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues, and transportation options. *This role is fully on site*

The salary range for this position is $70,304.00.00 - $81,900.00. This is the pay range for this position that The Seabird Resort reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
