We're hiring a Customer Care Representative who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and helping customers find services that fit their needs.
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll meet with customers in-person throughout the Burlingame area, educate them on available wireless solutions, and help them get connected. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, making it a great fit for candidates from customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or other people-focused backgrounds.
What You'll Do as a Customer Care Representative
- Engage directly with customers at community meetups, retail events, and outreach campaigns
- Learn our client's wireless products, services, and promotions
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Answer questions and provide a positive customer experience from start to finish
- Guide customers through enrollment and activation processes
- Support daily and weekly sales goals through professional customer interactions
- Work alongside fellow Customer Care Representative team members to share ideas and improve results
- Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, customer engagement, and sales development

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
