Commercial Construction Sales Representative — Chute & Compactor Systems
Buchanan Company is hiring a Commercial Construction Sales Representative for new-construction and project-driven sales involving waste chutes, trash chutes, rubbish chutes, recycling systems, compactors, soiled-linen systems, laundry chutes, and related specialty building systems.
This is a commercial construction sales role, not a generic sales job. The right candidate has direct experience selling to, supporting, or managing follow-up with general contractors, developers, owners, property managers, architects, construction project managers, subcontractors, or commercial construction project teams.
This role does not perform estimating, but it requires commercial construction estimating awareness and experience with bid follow-up, quote/proposal follow-up, CRM tracking, scope clarification, customer communication, and project-driven construction sales opportunities.
We are looking for a construction-sales professional who can develop trusted customer relationships, drive qualified opportunities toward award, close profitable work, and deliver a strong customer experience from first contact through internal handoff.
