• Assist in project management tasks related to customer onboarding, renewals, or product launches

Experience

• Proven experience in inside sales or customer service roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of account management principles and strategies for upselling or cross-selling products/services
• Analytical skills to interpret customer data, sales metrics, and market trends for strategic decision-making
• Experience in marketing support or analysis roles that enhance customer engagement strategies
• Assist outside sales team with customer/product needs
• Order entry
