About the Role

We’re hiring a Customer Experience Specialist to help take care of our customers across email and social media.

This is a permanent part-time position averaging around 10+- hours per week.

You’ll answer emails, respond to comments and messages, and help customers get the answers they need.

You’ll work alongside our Customer Experience Lead, who will be available if you run into questions or situations you’re unsure about.

What You’ll Do

• Answer customer support emails
• Respond to social media comments and direct messages
• Help customers with products, orders, and general questions
• Escalate unusual situations when needed
• Help keep response times fast
• Represent Builder Brigade in a friendly and professional way

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

Schedule

• Approximately 10+- hours per week
• Flexible schedule but we don't want emails to go longer than 24 hours unanswered
• Federal holidays off
• You’ll share coverage with another team member, so you won’t be expected to work every day.

Pay & Benefits

We’ll occasionally hold a monthly team meeting to discuss improvements, review processes, answer questions, and keep everyone on the same page.
