We are offering a competitive annual salary ranging from $58,000 to $125,000 USD, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via email, telephone, and live chat.

Proactively identify and assess customer needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution to solve the problem.

Maintain and update customer accounts and records with accuracy and detail.

Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Provide customers with comprehensive information about our products and services.

Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimise customer service processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer service or a similar client-facing role.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong active listening and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
