The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven National Account Executive to develop new business, grow strategic customer relationships, and expand Martin One Source's presence across the United States.
This is not a transactional sales role.
You'll serve as a trusted business advisor, helping customers find the right combination of products and services to strengthen their brand, improve efficiencies, and achieve their business goals.
Whether you're working with a healthcare organization launching a patient communication campaign, a manufacturer updating safety signage, a school district opening an online spirit wear store, or a national company managing multiple locations, you'll have the resources and support to deliver complete branding solutions.
What You'll Do
Develop New Business
Identify, pursue, and secure new national and regional accounts through:
Build long-term customer relationships that generate recurring business.
Grow Existing Accounts
Develop trusted partnerships with existing customers by identifying opportunities to expand their use of Martin One Source's products and services.
Recommend solutions including:
Focus on becoming a strategic partner—not just a vendor.
Consultative Selling
Take time to understand each customer's business, challenges, and goals.
Develop customized solutions that create value while delivering measurable business results.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure every project exceeds customer expectations.
Account Management
Maintain strong relationships by:
Territory Development
Manage a defined territory or national customer portfolio by:
Collaboration
Work closely with:
Ensure customers receive exceptional service from proposal through delivery.

Success in This Role
Within your first year, you'll:
We're looking for someone with a proven history of business development and relationship management.
Preferred qualifications include:
Industry Experience
Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly desirable:
Experience selling multiple product lines or solution-based services is strongly preferred.
Technology & Tools
Experience with the following is a plus:
Comfort using technology to manage customer relationships, sales activities, and forecasting is expected.
