Position Overview

This Customer Service Representative – Insurance role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a professional office environment. Whether your background is in customer service, retail, reception, banking, or as a bank teller, your customer‑first mindset will shine here. You’ll support group policy administration, communicate with customers, and ensure accurate, timely service for a nationally recognized insurance leader.

What You’ll Do

• Customer communication — Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Policy administration — Support group policy setup, billing, premium collection, reconciliation, and policy changes.
• Account updates — Process group terminations and final accounting.
• Proactive outreach — Contact customers to resolve issues and build long‑term loyalty.
• Cross‑department collaboration — Work with internal teams to ensure accurate service delivery.
• Quality standards — Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and high‑quality documentation.
• Special projects — Assist with assignments as needed.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, retail, hotel front desk, bank teller, banking, or receptionist roles.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Insurance experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Organized, analytical, and comfortable working independently or in a team.

Schedule & Pay

• Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
• Pay: $19.50/hr
• Employees paid weekly
