Money 4 You Loans is a locally owned and operated Utah lending company that has been serving customers since 1995. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Representative / Loan Specialist to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, solving problems, and working in a dynamic environment. No previous lending or collections experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

As part of this role, you will assist customers throughout the loan process by helping with applications, processing payments, answering questions, and providing account support. Because we service our own loans, you will also communicate with customers regarding account payments and repayment options. We are looking for someone who is confident, professional, and comfortable having conversations that help customers find solutions and move forward.

This position requires travel between store locations throughout Weber and Davis Counties as needed. Reliable transportation is required. Workloads can vary by location and day. Employees are expected to use downtime productively by assisting customers, making follow-up calls, supporting other locations, and completing additional tasks as needed.

In this role, you will:

• Assist customers with loan applications and account servicing
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
• Answer customer questions and provide account support
• Contact customers regarding payments, collections, and repayment options
• Make outbound collection calls and assist customers with repayment solutions
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Help customers find solutions while providing excellent customer service
• Follow company policies and lending guidelines
• Work as part of a team to achieve goals and provide a great customer experience

Qualifications:

• No previous lending or collections experience required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work at multiple locations throughout Weber and Davis Counties as needed
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and by phone
• Dependable, organized, and motivated to learn

Schedule:

• Full-time position, typically 35-43 hours per week
• Employees are generally scheduled 2-3 Saturdays per month
• A weekday off is provided during weeks when a Saturday is worked
• We strive to accommodate employees who prefer slightly more or fewer hours whenever possible

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay of $18.00 per hour plus bonus and incentive opportunities
