We are seeking Fully Remote Bilingual Spanish - Customer Support Specialists with a background in consultative sales. Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Texas or Indiana.
Pay Rate: $17.10/hour for Production & Training
Training: 8 days of Virtual Training + Mandatory VIRTUAL meet and greet
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM (Closed Holidays)
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 32 hours/week

Role Summary:
Driven by our goal to help families save for their children’s future education, our Customer Support Specialists play a key role in supporting clients via phone and chat. We’re looking for candidates with a consultative sales mindset—able to understand customer needs, educate them on their options, and guide them toward the best-fit solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with clients using a customer-first, consultative approach to identify their needs and recommend suitable financial products
· Deliver exceptional service while also identifying opportunities to offer options and add value
· Demonstrate deep knowledge of products and services to build trust and confidence with clients
· Maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy in all client interactions
· Collaborate with quality and training teams to self-manage performance and development
· Ensure accurate documentation of all client interactions in our CRM
· Support clients using pre-written templates and the Call Center Knowledge Base
· Uphold KPIs including quality, efficiency, and sales-related metrics
· Contribute positively to the team environment and company culture
What We’re Looking For:
· 1-2 years of customer service experience or consultative sales, preferably in a call center or e-commerce environment
· Proven ability to uncover client needs and offer solutions that align with their goals
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Data entry speed: 45-55 WPM minimum
· Comfortable multitasking between systems, chat, and phone
· Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce preferred)
· Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Flexibility to work weekends/evenings as needed
· Dependable, with a history of strong attendance and punctuality
