Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist, your day will include:

• Building Relationships: Provide exceptional customer service while building meaningful relationships with customers across the U.S. No sales involved!
• Solving Complex Inquiries: Assist customers with a variety of complex questions, from financial matters to general insurance queries.
• Guiding Decision-Making: Play a pivotal role in helping customers make informed decisions about their financial needs.
• Collaborating and Succeeding: Support team success through daily meetings and strong cooperation.

Education and Experience - Customer Service Specialist

• Associate's or more Highly Preferred
• Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years preferred in customer service
• No Licensing Needed: No prior licensing or insurance experience required.
• Career Ambition: A strong desire to build and advance your career.
