COMPENSATION & BENEFITS


We provide our W2 employees with above-industry pay and benefits.

Our job flow is steady compared to the industry because we work for the largest single-family rental companies in the world.

You pick how you want to be paid: salary or commission.
If you prefer a consistent paycheck, salaries range from $800 to $1,000 per week, based on productivity.

If you prefer commission, the average is around $1,300 per week, while several technicians make over $2,100 a week.

THE WORK/LIFESTYLE


Typically, techs work M-F, leaving their homes between 8-9 AM to complete 3-6 jobs — each with a 4-hour arrival window. They are home long before dinner to enjoy their family time.

We've negotiated pricing contracts with our national clients. To you, that means there's NO SELLING!

How is your performance evaluated?

• Communicate effectively with tenants, clients, and our office

• Arrive within the appointment windows

• Complete the work without recalls

• Give 5-star service to tenants
