Position Summary

The Student Survey & Data Analyst is responsible for coordinating, collecting, analyzing, and reporting student survey data to support institutional effectiveness, accreditation, and continuous quality improvement. This position works closely with academic and administrative departments to evaluate student feedback, identify trends, and recommend strategies to improve student participation in surveys and enhance the overall student experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and manage student surveys across academic and administrative departments.
• Collect, organize, validate, and maintain survey data while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Analyze survey results using statistical and analytical methods to identify trends, strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities for institutional growth.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
• Monitor survey response rates and identify barriers to student participation.
• Research and recommend innovative strategies to increase student survey response rates and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Admissions, Registrar, Student Services, Academic Affairs, and Institutional Effectiveness departments to improve survey distribution and participation.
• Compare survey results across semesters to measure institutional performance and student satisfaction trends.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and departmental managers.
• Assist in the preparation of reports required for accreditation agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain historical survey data and ensure proper documentation for institutional records.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights based on survey findings.
• Stay informed about best practices in survey methodology, higher education assessment, and data analytics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
