We’re looking for a curious, data-driven, and detail-oriented Business and Reporting Analyst to join our team!

Location: 2580 S. Raritan Street, Englewood, CO

Hours: In-Office/Full-Time; Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm

Pay: $30-$34/hour

Position Summary:

This position serves as the primary technical resource responsible for the entire lifecycle of the company's reporting environment, primarily utilizing the Alliant business management system. The role involves hands-on technical work—including report design, maintenance, SQL querying, Python scripting, Power BI dashboard creation, and process automation—as well as collaborating with management to translate business needs into data solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Report & Dashboard Development: Build, enhance, and maintain operational, financial, sales, production, and executive reports and Power BI dashboards.

2. Technical Execution: Write and optimize SQL queries, build Python reporting applications, and utilize Excel, Power Query, and Power Pivots.

3. Automation & Upkeep: Identify and execute opportunities to automate recurring reporting processes, schedulers, and repeat generators to reduce manual work.

4. Business Collaboration: Meet with management to capture reporting objectives, validate data requirements, present finished tools, and standardize reporting across locations.

Data Integrity & Confidentiality: Ensure strict accuracy, detailed data quality checks, data security, and confidentiality across all reports.

Qualifications & Core Competencies:

1. Technical Skills: SQL, Python, Power BI, Advanced Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot), and database systems.

2. Core Abilities: Deductive reasoning, strong problem-solving skills, and deep analytical attention to detail.

3. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, project planning, and communication skills; ability to work independently or collaboratively.
