Data Analyst/Engineer
Changeis, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst/Engineer to support data initiatives in our current work.
As a Data Analyst/Engineer, you will be responsible for creating reports, visualizations, and dashboards that turn data into actionable insights for a key federal client. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver analytical solutions that help them make data-driven decisions. A key focus will be on blending data from multiple systems to create comprehensive operational views, particularly for software development and program management.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence applications, dashboards and reports using Databricks and other products.
Gather and analyze business requirements for reporting and analytics.
Perform data blending and analysis, combining data from multiple sources.
Translate complex data and findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives and visualizations.
Work with data engineers to ensure the necessary data is available and structured correctly for reporting needs.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer critical business questions.
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role.
Expert proficiency with a data analytics tool, preferably Databricks.
Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Technical Skills:
Experience with Databricks and related tools.
Experience with other BI tools or analytics platforms (e.g., Palantir Contour).
