Job Overview
Core responsibilities:

• GHL automation & workflows — building, maintaining, and optimizing all GHL workflows, triggers, pipelines, and automations across client sub-accounts
• AI integrations — setting up and managing AI voice agents, chatbots, and booking systems (Retell AI, VAPI, or similar)
• API & webhook development — connecting GHL to third-party tools (Stripe, Meta Ads, CRMs, etc.) via custom API calls and webhooks
• Custom field & CRM architecture — designing the data structure inside GHL (custom fields, objects, pipelines) for each client onboarding
• Reporting & dashboards — pulling data from GHL and Meta Ads API to build live performance dashboards
• Systems maintenance — monitoring automations, debugging broken workflows, and keeping everything running across all client accounts
• Prompt engineering — writing and refining AI prompts for voice agents, chatbots, and follow-up sequences
• Data & Analytics
• SQL / database querying — pulling and analyzing lead, conversion, and revenue data

Machine Learning / AI

• Fine-tuning LLMs or building RAG systems — training AI agents on hot tub industry knowledge
• NLP — improving chatbot and voice agent response quality
• Predictive modeling — forecasting which leads are most likely to convert

Infrastructure & DevOps

• Cloud basics (AWS, GCP, or Azure) — hosting custom tools, scripts, and integrations
• Docker / containerization — deploying and maintaining custom services reliably
• Cron jobs / task scheduling — running automated background processes

Web & Software Development

• JavaScript / Node.js — building custom GHL widgets, funnels, or client-facing tools
• REST API design — building internal APIs to connect systems
• Web scraping — competitive research, lead sourcing, or market data collection

Security & Systems

• OAuth / API authentication — managing secure connections between platforms
• Version control (Git/GitHub) — keeping all code organized and collaborative
• Python data analysis (pandas, numpy) — automating reports and spotting trends across client accounts
• Google Looker Studio or similar — building visual dashboards for clients

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
