Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Duties

• Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, dental implants, orthodontics, and oral surgeries.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments utilizing medical and dental history reviews, clinical examinations, and diagnostic imaging such as X-rays.
• Diagnose dental conditions accurately using comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology and healthcare diagnosis protocols.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with patient needs and preferences while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation and dental records using practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar systems.
• Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care instructions.
• Adhere strictly to infection control protocols including aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide four-handed dentistry for efficient patient flow and optimal care delivery.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education related to pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and other specialties.

Requirements

• Valid state license to practice dentistry with eligibility for licensure in our location.
• Proven experience in general dentistry with a strong background in dental diagnosis and client communication.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Dentrix; experience with Eaglesoft is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy relevant to oral health assessment and treatment planning.
• Familiarity with infection control standards and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice environments.
• Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental fabrication processes, and other complex procedures confidently.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation requirements for legal compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trustful relationships with diverse patient populations including pediatrics.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per day
