The Role:As an Exterior Remodeling Sales Consultant, you will:

• Generate and qualify leads for exterior home improvement projects
• Some leads provided
• Conduct in-home consultations and property assessments
• Prepare and present custom project proposals and estimates
• Close sales and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with our installation teams to ensure project success. This will be YOUR responsibility.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in home improvement or a related field
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Commission Structure:

• Company only earns 15-20% tops. Sales Rep makes the difference

Qualifications
