Full Job Description:

Now Hiring: Family Caregivers

We are hiring caregivers who are currently assisting a parent, grandparent, family member, or other loved one at home. This is a paid W-2 employment position for individuals providing in-home support to someone they already know.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and help maintain a clean home environment
• Provide mobility assistance and supervision
• Offer companionship and general support
• Follow care instructions and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Must currently be caring for a loved one at home
• Care recipient must have active Medicaid
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in Michigan
• Previous caregiving experience, whether personal or professional, is helpful but not required
• Must be dependable, patient, and able to provide a safe home environment

Pay & Benefits:

• $20.00 per hour
• Flexible scheduling based on approved hours
• Paid training
• Paid time off, where applicable
