Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple bars and gaming cafés across Illinois. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of hospitality and gaming operations, and a passion for driving revenue growth while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Regional Leadership: Oversee the operational performance of multiple bar and gaming café locations within the assigned Illinois region.

· Revenue & Profitability: Drive regional sales, profitability, and customer engagement targets by executing strategic initiatives and best operational practices.

· Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor Store Leads and their teams to achieve performance standards and KPIs.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with all state and local liquor and gaming licenses, certificates, and regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.

· Operational Excellence: Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure consistency in service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

· Customer Experience: Champion a culture of excellent service and hospitality; ensure that all venues deliver a welcoming and enjoyable guest experience. –

· Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor P&Ls, control costs, and optimize operational efficiencies across all locations.

· Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to drive local promotions, events, and community engagement activities to boost patronage.

· Reporting: Provide senior management with regular reports on operational performance, opportunities, and risks within the region.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred.

· 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or gaming entertainment environments.

· In-depth knowledge of Illinois gaming laws, liquor licensing, and hospitality industry regulations.

· Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational performance, and leading high-performing teams.

· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

· Ability to travel frequently within Illinois and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience managing venues with Video Gaming Terminals (VGTs) licensed through the Illinois Gaming Board.

· Previous management experience in bars, cafés, or similar hospitality venues in Illinois markets.

· SERVSafe Certification and/or Illinois BASSET certification.
