FCE Branding is a custom branding company in the Fox Valley. Embroidery, screen printing, DTF, laser engraving, promo products, and our own proprietary online store platform that launches hundreds of stores a year for schools, teams, and businesses. We've nearly tripled revenue since 2020 and we're on pace to grow more than 50% again this year. That growth happened without a real marketing engine behind it. Building that engine is this hire.

The position

You own marketing at FCE. Strategy, copywriting, social media, video, email, and the AI tools that make all of it move faster. You work directly with the owner and report to the CEO. There's no department to inherit, you're building it.

What we expect

• You know your field. You operate off real marketing principles and can explain why you're doing something, not just what it looks like.
• You write copy that gets people to act.
• You can plan and shoot video that sells. You don't need to be a pro behind the camera.
• You actually use AI tools every day, not just talk about them.
• Every campaign ties back to revenue. That's how this role is measured.
• 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience with results you can prove.

Before you apply, know this. You will be asked to show your work. Real campaigns, real numbers, and how you got them. A portfolio of nice looking graphics with nothing behind it won't get you an interview here.
