Regional Director of Operations – DentalConfidential Executive Search | Minneapolis–St. Paul

Compensation: $95,000–$110,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus
Total Compensation Opportunity: $115,000–$150,000

A well-established, multi-location Minnesota dental organization is conducting a confidential search for an exceptional Regional Director of Operations.

We are seeking a hands-on dental leader with a minimum of 10 years of progressive dental leadership experience, including at least 5 years leading multiple dental practices.

This is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who enjoys being in the practices, developing managers, supporting doctors, solving problems, improving systems, and delivering measurable results.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Extensive multi-location dental operations experience.
• Expert knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, collections, and practice management.
• Strong business and financial skills, including P&Ls, KPIs, budgeting, and profitability.
• A proven record of developing managers and building accountable, high-performing teams.
• The confidence to make decisions, communicate openly, prioritize effectively, and follow through without repeated reminders.
• The leadership to earn the respect of doctors, managers, and staff.
