Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organization's operational functions with energy and precision. Duties

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall strategic plan, ensuring sustainable growth and efficiency.
• Lead business development management efforts to identify new market opportunities, foster partnerships, and expand the organization’s reach.
• Oversee business operations, including process improvement initiatives, operational analysis, and large-scale organizational change management projects.
• Manage budgets meticulously through executive-level budget management, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis to maximize profitability.
• Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing operational metrics and financial reports to inform strategic planning.
• Lead senior leadership teams by providing clear direction, supervising key managers, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on operational excellence.
• Manage project portfolios ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing operational excellence initiatives across all departments.
• Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders through verbal communication with executives, presenting insights and strategic recommendations confidently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational management with a strong background in business management and process improvement.
• Demonstrated success in executive leadership roles involving large-scale organizational change management and strategic planning.
• Extensive financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and operational analysis.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills tailored for engaging with executives and senior leadership teams.
• Expertise in operational excellence initiatives, change management strategies, and data-driven decision making.
• Supervising experience leading diverse teams of senior leaders and managers to achieve organizational objectives.
• Ability to develop innovative business development strategies that drive growth and market expansion.
