Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen utensils efficiently using appropriate sanitation methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including sinks, workstations, and kitchen equipment, to meet hygiene requirements.
• Assist with basic food preparation duties, such as stocking ingredients and organizing kitchen supplies as needed.
• Support front-of-house operations by clearing and resetting tables to ensure a neat and inviting dining environment.
• Help with banquet, catering, and special event setups by preparing clean service items and assisting with event needs.
• Adhere to safety guidelines when using cleaning products and operating dishwashing equipment.
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils during service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, food service, hotel, or kitchen setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Understanding of fundamental cleaning practices and food safety procedures.
• Ability to remain on your feet for long periods and handle physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist coworkers when needed.
• Experience with bussing, catering support, or food prep tasks is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to delivering high standards of hospitality and customer service.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
