Location: Easton, PA

PAY: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift

Hours: 6:00 AM until 2:30 PM; Monday – Friday with some overtime as needed.

Contract: 6-month contract to direct hire. The company is not looking for a temporary employee, they are looking for someone that wants to come join their team after completing the 6-month contract.

Warehouse Associate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience preferred.
• Automotive OEM distribution experience is a plus.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably SAP, is preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, twist, push, pull, and climb throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and moderate to high noise levels.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed based on business demands.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations as assigned by management while meeting or exceeding productivity, quality, and safety expectations.
• Complete shipping, receiving, inventory control, and reverse logistics activities accurately and efficiently.
• Verify incoming shipments by removing parts from cartons and checking for accuracy.
• Scan products into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) using an RF scanner.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in the appropriate warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring products are protected from damage during transit.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or shipping errors.
• Use warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, tape guns, pneumatic staple guns, and battery-powered carts safely and effectively.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Consistently achieve required quality and productivity goals within the assigned work area.
• Follow the Value Added Production System (VPS) processes and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Keep assigned workstations stocked with necessary materials and supplies to support efficient operations.
