The Product Marketing Manager owns the connection between Comply Foam's product portfolio, customer and device needs, market insight, and go-to-market execution. This role translates product strategy into annual and quarterly marketing plans, demand generation programs, positioning, launch plans, and sales enablement that increases revenue, improves product/customer fit, and strengthens brand differentiation across consumer, B2B, e-commerce, and international channels.
The Product Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies that support Comply Foam's key market segments, including Consumer Electronics, Audiology, Industrial, and Defense, while also enabling growth across key sales channels, including e-commerce, distribution, OEM partnerships, retail, and international markets. The role is responsible for developing market-specific messaging, campaigns, product launches, and sales enablement tools while ensuring a consistent Comply Foam brand and value proposition across all customer touchpoints.
This full-time, salaried management position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and leads the marketing communications and digital marketing asset functions.
Position Specific Duties/Responsibilities:
o Lead, manage, and hold accountable the marketing communications and digital marketing asset functions to deliver agreed upon outcomes.
o Set priorities, remove roadblocks, and translate strategy into clear quarterly rocks, project plans, owners, and measures.
o Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, E-Commerce, Engineering/R&D, Operations, Product Support, and external partners to keep marketing execution aligned.
o Own annual and quarterly marketing plans, areas of responsibility, priorities, budgets, and channel tactics aligned to Sales & Marketing objectives.
o Develop campaign calendars, segment/channel plans, content needs, and activation tactics that support revenue goals.
o Monitor plan performance, recommend adjustments, and communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
o Define demand generation strategy across digital, e-commerce, B2B, email, content, social, paid, sales enablement, and partner channels.
o Build campaigns that create qualified leads, customer engagement, traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
o Partner with sales and e-commerce owners to align messaging, offers, landing pages, assets, and follow-up.
o Turn product, customer, market, and device compatibility insights into positioning, messaging, segmentation, and channel priorities.
o Maintain alignment among product attributes, customer use cases, device/application fit, claims, and target audiences.
o Partner with Engineering/R&D, Sales, and Product Support to clarify applications, claims, customer feedback, and commercialization requirements.
o Maintain competitive intelligence on products, pricing, claims, channels, customer reviews, and category trends.
o Translate insights into differentiated messaging, sales tools, website/PDP content, launch materials, and positioning guidance.
o Identify risks and opportunities that inform roadmap, channel, pricing, and promotional decisions.
o Lead go-to-market launch planning, timelines, channel readiness, launch assets, messaging, and sales enablement for new products.

1. Marketing plan/AOR execution: percentage of planned campaigns, tactics, and deliverables completed on time and within budget each quarter.
2. Demand generation contribution: qualified leads, traffic, conversion, revenue, or pipeline contribution by channel against goal.
3. New product launch readiness: percentage of launch milestones and required assets completed by gate/date, plus post-launch performance versus target.
4. Product/customer/device alignment: priority product pages, compatibility guidance, claims, messaging, and sales tools reviewed and updated on schedule.
5. Differentiation and competitive intelligence: competitive updates completed and translated into positioning or sales enablement by agreed cadence.
6. Team execution: marketing communications and digital asset deliverables completed on time with quality standards met.
