As the E-Commerce Operations Coordinator, you will work on-site, full-time, at our headquarters in Gilbert, Arizona.
The mission of the Scrapbook.com E-Commerce Operations Coordinator is to ensure promotions, pricing, and merchandising on the Scrapbook.com website are executed accurately and on schedule — catching errors before they reach the customer — so the site consistently reflects current marketing priorities and supports our goals for conversion, revenue, orders, and AOV.
Core priorities are as follows:
- Promotion Setup and Execution
- Sitewide Optimization
- Cross-Team Collaboration and Continuous Optimization
Outcomes
- Will own the end-to-end setup and execution of promotions (pricing, start/end timing, and page builds), ensuring every promotion goes live accurately and on schedule.
- Will proactively review pricing, links, and promotional details across the site and in marketing emails before they go live, catching and correcting errors before they reach the customer.
- Will maintain and continuously improve homepage content, curated pages, section merchandising, and other website experiences.
- Will use tools like the Site Search Optimization Tool to maintain and improve search and category page performance.
- Will coordinate directly with Marketing, Procurement, Customer Service, and other teams as needed to confirm promotion details and resolve discrepancies quickly and clearly.
- Will assist with editing images, headers, and features to support accurate, visually consistent merchandising across the site.
- Will continuously seek education and experiences (videos, brand websites, influencers, competitors, etc.) to be a growth-oriented papercrafting expert.
- Will take on other responsibilities as assigned, embracing evolving priorities and expanding ownership as capacity and skill grow.

You Meet the Following Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands on e-commerce operations experience managing live website content, promotions or product pages on an e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, custom-built site, etc.).
- Direct experience with promotion setup, pricing accuracy or site merchandising execution strongly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to identify and correct errors before publication.
- Experience coordinating multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Comfortable learning new technology platforms and digital tools quickly.
