Remote (U.S. Only) | Part-Time | 10–20 Hours/Week | $15–$20/hour
About Us
We are a growing marketing agency that primarily serves churches, faith-based nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations. Our team helps clients grow through strategic marketing, websites, content, automation, digital advertising, and technology.
We’re looking for someone who can own marketing projects from start to finish—not necessarily doing every specialized task themselves, but knowing what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and how to make it happen.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys flexible, remote work and wants to help organizations that make a meaningful impact.
Who We’re Looking For
This is not an entry-level marketing position.
We’re looking for someone with broad marketing experience who understands how successful marketing campaigns come together across creative, technical, and strategic disciplines.
You should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating contractors, creative assets, timelines, budgets, and client communication.
You don’t have to be the world’s best graphic designer, videographer, or SEO expert—but you should understand these areas well enough to manage specialists, evaluate quality work, and keep projects moving.
Responsibilities
You’ll oversee marketing projects from concept through completion, including:
- Managing multiple client marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Building and maintaining detailed project plans using Notion (or similar project management software)
- Coordinating timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Creating and managing marketing strategies
- Managing WordPress websites using Elementor
- Building and managing landing pages
- Managing email marketing campaigns
- Managing SMS/text marketing campaigns
- Working inside HighLevel (GoHighLevel) CRM for automations, pipelines, forms, websites, funnels, email, and text campaigns
- Managing SEO projects and coordinating optimization efforts
- Assisting with Google Ads campaigns
- Coordinating Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Setting up and monitoring Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and other campaign tracking tools
- Managing content calendars
- Coordinating photography and videography projects
- Assisting with copywriting and content creation
- Reviewing creative assets before publication
- Keeping campaigns on schedule and within budget
- Communicating directly with clients when needed
- Identifying problems before they become emergencies
Contractor & Vendor Management
A major part of this role is knowing when to bring in specialists.
You should be comfortable:
- Hiring freelancers on a project-by-project basis
- Leveraging your existing professional network when appropriate
- Finding qualified contractors through platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, or similar services
- Comparing proposals
- Managing contractor budgets
- Overseeing quality control
- Ensuring projects stay on schedule
AI & Process Improvement
We believe AI should improve quality, increase efficiency, and lower costs—not replace thoughtful marketing.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys using modern AI tools to:
- Build repeatable marketing systems
- Create scalable workflows
- Improve efficiency
- Reduce production costs for nonprofit clients
- Speed up content creation while maintaining quality
- Document processes that can be repeated across multiple clients
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong project management experience
- Experience managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Experience with WordPress
- Experience with Elementor
- Experience with marketing CRMs
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy
- Experience with email marketing
- Experience with SMS/text marketing
- Familiarity with Google Ads
- Familiarity with Meta Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Understanding of conversion tracking
- Basic SEO knowledge and project management
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written communication
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Comfortable learning new technology quickly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the following is strongly preferred:
- GoHighLevel CRM
- Notion
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel
- Funnel building
- Landing page optimization
- Marketing agency experience
- Managing creative teams
- Photography or videography
- Content strategy
- AI marketing tools
Because many of our clients are churches, faith-based nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations, professional experience serving churches, nonprofits, ministries, or other mission-driven organizations is strongly preferred. We welcome qualified applicants from all backgrounds who can effectively support and understand the needs of these clients.
