The Community Outreach & Marketing Representative will serve as the face of Prestige Elite Living in the community. This role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals, senior organizations, and community partners while promoting our home care and independent living services.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, meeting new people, and making a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, senior centers, churches, and community organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with social workers, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and referral partners.
• Distribute company brochures, business cards, and marketing materials.
• Represent Prestige Elite Living at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up visits, phone calls, and emails with referral partners.
• Maintain a detailed outreach log documenting daily marketing activities.
• Schedule meetings and introductions for the Administrator.
• Assist with social media content, community engagement, and local marketing initiatives.
• Track referrals and provide weekly marketing reports.
• Maintain a professional image while representing the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel throughout Collin, Denton, and Dallas Counties.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Sales, healthcare, or marketing experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule

• Flexible weekday schedule.
• Approximately 10–20 hours per week.
• Some evening or weekend community events may be available.Weekly Performance Expectations
