Job Overview

RDM Engineering is seeking a Program Analyst to oversee the planning, structural development, and financial tracking of program timelines and activities under a contract with the US Army.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project and executing Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies to accurately measure, forecast, and report project performance against performance baselines to support the Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. You will be supporting a US Army program for a private company at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. Work is expected to be on-site.

You MUST be a US citizen and be able to obtain a SECRET clearance.

Essential Responsibilities include:

• 3 + years of Professional Working Experience related program management areas
• Experience with MS Project

Education & Experience:

This is a position on a federal contract. The education and experience are non-negotiable and determined by the requirements of the contract.

• Bachelor's Degree (REQUIRED)
• 3+ Years of related experience (REQUIRED)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
