Our Academy is seeking passionate, professional, and experienced educators to serve as Afterschool Tutors and join our growing team and help students achieve their highest potential.

• English Language Arts tutor

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized academic support for students grades 5th through 12th in accordance with individualized curriculum.needs and goal posts.
• Teach both one-to-one and in small group settings
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate effectively with students and families.
• Collaborate with a team of passionate and innovative administrators and teachers to deliver best quality instruction.
• Maintain a growth-oriented mindset and actively pursue professional development.
• Contribute to a culture of mentorship, support, and academic excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, a relevant academic field, or equivalent teaching experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in teaching, tutoring, and academic coaching.
• Expertise in English Language Arts and Humanities.
• Experience in supporting executive functioning, study skills, test taking, and organization skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide personalized, student-centered instruction.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism, reliability, a growth mindset, and a commitment to high academic standards and student growth.

Schedule & Hours:

• Part-time positions available
• Afterschool: 3-8, Monday through Thursday
• Fall 2026 start date.
• Summer professional development and onboarding opportunities available.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Performance-based incentives and opportunities for professional growth.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
