As a Remote Legal Sales Consultant (Closer), you’ll be part of a team that treats legal work like a customer service business first. That means constant communication, compassion, excellence, and ownership every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day is spent talking with fathers in crisis. The calls are emotional, urgent, and deeply personal. You’ll need to build trust fast, stay steady, and help someone feel heard within the first

minute.

Then you lead. You ask smart questions, match their urgency with clear next steps, and confidently ask for the retainer without apologizing or discounting. When you close, you’re not moving a product. You’re changing outcomes for fathers and children.

This role is 100% remote and 40 hours a week. You can work from anywhere in the U.S. If you’re good, you’ll feel it fast: ownership over your numbers, meaningful conversations, and a real shot to be first in line to lead the Dallas in-person team.

What You’ll Earn

Your base salary is $50,000 per year. On top of that, there are bracket bonuses, and on-target earnings are $120,000 to $150,000 per year. The first closers in are first in line for the growth path

into leading the Dallas in-person team.
