We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Property Manager to lead our property operations with energy, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset. Your leadership will drive tenant satisfaction, optimize operational workflows, and uphold the highest standards of property management excellence. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property leasing, including tenant screening, lease or rental agreement management, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulations.
• Utilize property management tools such as Yardi and OneSite to track rent collections, financial reports, and occupancy data accurately.
• Handle client communication with professionalism, addressing tenant inquiries, resolving conflicts through effective conflict management strategies, and upselling additional services when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Landlord-Tenant law, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), Section 8 housing programs, and other relevant legal standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets for properties, monitor expenses, and optimize operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Maintain detailed records through data entry and filing systems; ensure all administrative tasks such as contracts, legal documentation, and lease agreements are accurately processed.
• Coordinate with vendors for property maintenance and repairs; oversee facilities management to uphold property value and tenant satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with tenants and clients through excellent customer service skills; manage client communication via phone etiquette and professional correspondence.
• Supervise team members involved in property operations; provide leadership in team management to promote a collaborative work environment.

Experience

• Proven experience as a licensed Property Manager within a property management company or similar setting.
• Extensive knowledge of property management software OneSite, and customer relationship management tools.
• Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC compliance, Section 8 programs, and legal administrative procedures related to real estate.
• Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution, negotiation of contracts, budgeting, and upselling services to enhance revenue streams.
• Prior experience managing residential or commercial properties with a focus on leasing processes, property maintenance coordination, and client relations.
• Excellent administrative skills including data entry, filing systems, office experience, and handling legal documentation efficiently.
• Effective team management capabilities combined with outstanding customer service skills to lead staff effectively while ensuring tenant satisfaction.
• Familiarity with facilities management practices to maintain the physical integrity of properties at optimal levels.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
