L&W is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator/Blueprinter to develop accurate, complete repair plans that support efficient shop production. This role focuses on damage analysis, documentation, and collaboration with technicians to ensure every repair starts with a solid blueprint.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform detailed teardown analysis and document all structural, mechanical, and cosmetic damage
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections to identify all visible and hidden damage.
• Perform pre-scans to document any existing fault codes before any repairs begin
• Build accurate repair plans and estimates using CCC One
• Capture photos, notes, and supporting documentation for all repairs
• Coordinate with technicians to validate repair methods and identify supplemental damage
• Create accurate parts lists and work closely with the Parts team
• Communicate with Customer Experience Estimator regarding supplements, documentation, and repair requirements
• Ensure all repair plans follow OEM repair procedures and shop standards

What You Bring:

• Experience in collision repair estimating/blueprinting
• Strong knowledge of repair processes and OEM methods
• MA State Appraiser License
• Proficiency with CCC One and digital documentation
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
