Through aggressive merchandising, liquidation purchasing, value pricing, and an entrepreneurial culture, we have built a successful and rapidly growing business.
Now we are preparing for the next chapter.
We are looking for an experienced furniture retail leader who can help transform a successful single-location operation into a scalable multi-location organization.
The Mission
As Founder and Owner, my primary focus is on vision, growth, acquisitions, vendor relationships, expansion opportunities, and the long-term strategic direction of the company.
I am seeking a proven furniture industry executive who can take ownership of the day-to-day business and execute that vision.
This leader will oversee all aspects of the operation, including:
The successful candidate will have the authority, experience, and leadership ability to drive the business forward while building the systems, culture, and leadership team necessary for future growth.
Who We Are Looking For
We are specifically seeking a proven furniture industry leader.
The ideal candidate has spent their career in furniture retail and understands every aspect of the business.
They have likely progressed through roles such as:
Sales Professional → Sales Manager → General Manager → Regional Manager → Director of Operations
or
Store Manager → Multi-Unit Manager → Regional Director → Vice President of Operations
This person understands furniture retail because they have lived it.
They know how to:
Most importantly, they lead by example.
They can walk onto the sales floor, close a major sale, coach a salesperson, mentor a manager, solve an operational problem, and then sit down to review financial performance and growth strategy.
