Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction management knowledge, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role offers the opportunity to lead diverse projects, coordinate teams, and ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget parameters.

Duties

• Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software.
• Prepare and review construction estimates utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and civil drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes in compliance with company policies.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety standards and quality control are maintained.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate communication and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits and updates; adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Utilize Civil 3D for site design coordination when applicable.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets by tracking costs and managing resources efficiently.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for stakeholders.

Skills

• Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project scheduling, and contract management.
• Experience with construction site operations and site safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent project coordination skills with a focus on time management and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with construction management principles including quality assurance and safety compliance.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, team members, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
