Our ABA Instructor role is designed for professionals who are ready to apply ABA principles at a systems level - supporting not just students, but classrooms and school teams.

We practice within an assent-based, student-centered ABA model and provide the clinical leadership, supervision, and training needed to grow into the next stage of your career.

What working as an ABA Instructor in schools looks like

This role is intentionally positioned as a growth role.

As an ABA Instructor (School-Based), you'll serve as a clinical support and training resource within school settings. You'll apply ABA principles to support student behavior and learning while coaching school staff, modeling strategies, and collaborating with BCBAs to ensure high-quality implementation.

This role bridges direct support and clinical leadership - making it ideal for clinicians ready to expand their impact.

We offer $1,000 external referral bonuses for BCBA referrals, $500 for Mid-level clinicians and $250 for BT referrals.
